Pardot can be described as a customer-focused, genius marketing automation platform. Marketers can have fun on Pardot. It has many exciting toys such as very customizable drip campaigns, segmentation lists, and prospect grading and scoring rules. Once these are built out, you save days out of your busy schedule and will only need to update them once in a while. Pardot’s email platform is also easy to use, with out-of-the-box templates and click and drag features if you don’t know HTML. If you know just a little html, there’s a html section for you to code to your dreams. Salesforce bought Pardot a few years ago. Continue reading to learn more about Pardot marketing automation.

Below are what I find are the best resources for learning Pardot marketing automation

1. Pardot Training Resources: Pardot has great e-learning modules, which actually allow you to navigate through the application and complete certain tasks such as build out a segmentation list or an email. These e-learning modules also include short and concise that show how to use the application in real life scenarios.
2. Pardot Office Hours: While Pardot doesn’t have as amazing a success community group as the rest of Salesforce, they are very consistent about holding daily, sometimes several times a day, office hours. Just sign up and call in to get 1 on 1 help with a hazy part of the application.
3. Pardot Webinars: Pardot hosts webinars regularly for deep dives on topics such as api connectors, automation rules, and drip campaigns.
4. Pardot Knowledge Base: Interested in learning every part of Pardot? You can achieve your goal! Virtually every part of Pardot has it’s own article. They cover all topics form whitelisting a domain to admin best practices.
5. Jenna Mobly’s Website: Jenna Mobley marketing automation expert who regularly posts articles and best practices about Pardot. I’ve benefited from her Pardot quiz flashcards.
