Syncing Marketo Salesforce Campaign Influence Fields
To check the fields synced with Salesforce, navigate to Admin>Database Management>Field Management.
In the search bar, type in the field in question and make sure that it has the right Salesforce API field name in the CRM Field Map area.
TIP: Make sure that the user that syncs Marketo to Salesforce (found under Admin>Integration>Salesforce) has visibility to all the important Salesforce fields created.
TIP: Create most fields in Salesforce. Those fields are automatically created within Marketo. Standard Marketo fields or previously created in fields in Marketo, require extra field creation in Salesforce and may require the help of Marketo Support to merge the fields.

TIP: Check sync health for all import fields at least once a quarter. This is an excellent timeto update and align Marketo values with Salesforce picklist values. Also use this time to hide fields that are no longer in use or that don’t need to be visible, by navigating to Admin>Database Management> Field Management.
